BB Beach Club is committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please read our shipping and return policy below for information on order processing, shipping, and how to initiate a return if needed.
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive an automated confirmation email once your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see this email.
2. Shipping Options and Estimated Delivery
Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days.
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping option.
Delivery estimates are based on carrier information and may be affected by factors outside our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link, if available from the carrier.
Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear, as carriers may experience delays in updating their systems.
4. Shipping Limitations
Currently, BB Beach Club ships only within the continental United States. We do not offer shipping to Hawaii or Alaska or international shipping at this time.
We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
BB Beach Club is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once they leave our facility. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please reach out to the carrier for support. We recommend double-checking your shipping address before finalizing your order.
Return Policy
BB Beach Club is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process
Contact Us: To initiate a return, email us at bbbeachclubapparel @ gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item.
Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm its condition.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and $5 restocking fee will apply to all returns.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Send photos and a description of the issue to bbbeachclubapparel @ gmail.com so we can arrange a replacement or a refund as needed.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked as “final sale” are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please review product descriptions carefully.
Communication Limitations
Please note that Squarespace’s e-commerce platform may send automated emails for order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and refund confirmation. We may not be able to send additional emails directly through Squarespace for ongoing updates or return confirmations.
